On a remarkable scientific day, the Faculty of Science, particularly the Department of Zoology, demonstrated its excellence and commitment to its esteemed faculty and promising young researchers. The Faculty was honored to host Professor Oliver Kraimer, Professor of Cancer and Epigenetics, who delivered a valuable scientific lecture covering current topics related to cancer and epigenetics. The event concluded with an open discussion with Academic staff and researchers, during which several important scientific points were clarified and questions from the audience were answered.
The day was marked by outstanding attendance and rich interaction from Academic staff, teaching assistants, and students from various disciplines and academic years, from first to fourth year. This constructive scientific engagement was reflected in the guest’s impression, as he appeared pleased and engaged, appreciating the level of discussion and the warm welcome.
Professor Kraimer also toured the research laboratories, student labs, and the presentation hall, expressing his admiration for the scientific equipment and the efforts made to enhance the educational and research system at the Faculty. All thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the organization, attendance, and active participation.
And all respect and pride to our students who lived up to the honorable image of the Faculty.
