    1. To be among the Academic staff of the department known for commitment and integrity.<\/span><\/li>
    2. Possess leadership and management skills.<\/span><\/li>
    3. To be Specialist in the academic program with scientific competence in their field of specialization.<\/span><\/li>
    4. To have effective communication skills with colleagues, academic leaders, and administrators.<\/span><\/li>
    5. To have a vision and propose innovative solutions with a progressive mindset.<\/span><\/li>
    6. To have a resume that qualifies them for excellence in accomplishing assigned tasks.<\/span><\/li>
    7. To have experience in quality assurance and educational development.<\/span><\/li>
    8. To have experience in how to conduct and formulate a self-evaluation study.<\/span><\/li>
    9. To have an effective participation in the areas of student activities and services.<\/span><\/li>

      1. To be an Academic staff at Faculty of Science, Aswan University.<\/span><\/li>
      2. It is preferable that he has been working at the helm for at least two years prior to candidacy.<\/span><\/li>
      3. Not currently hold an administrative position at the university, its faculties, or the Faculty at the time of candidacy.<\/span><\/li>
      4. Have no disciplinary actions against them for professional misconduct, ethical breaches, or academic dishonesty.<\/span><\/li>
      5. Posseses the respect and appreciation of Academic staff and the administrative staff at the Faculty.<\/span><\/li>
      6. Possess managerial ability and skill in team management and efficient use of the time.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
