{"id":2812,"date":"2023-05-21T07:25:43","date_gmt":"2023-05-21T07:25:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sci.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/?page_id=2812"},"modified":"2025-02-24T12:12:31","modified_gmt":"2025-02-24T12:12:31","slug":"admission-rules-of-the-department","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sci.aswu.edu.eg\/en\/admission-rules-of-the-department\/","title":{"rendered":"Admission Rules of the department"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">The academic year begins on the third Saturday of September, and the study lasts thirty weeks, one weekend, the mid-year vacation is for two weeks according to the date set by the University Council, taking into account the public interest, may decide to start or end studies before or after the mentioned dates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">The student at the Faculty, after completing the papers and paying the prescribed fees in the Faculty, prints a file for each student that contains all the papers related to the student, namely:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Original high school certificate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Original birth certificate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Copy of the national ID card<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Student nomination card for the Faculty<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Military Service Card (form 2) for males<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">(6) recent personal photos)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">First: Admission for new students to the Faculty:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Through the coordination lists that come to the Faculty, the student who holds a nomination should review the faculty students\u2019 affairs, and make sure that his name is included in the lists of candidates from the coordination office.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Second: The student completes the necessary procedures for enrollment in the faculty, which are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Conducting a medical examination: It is done through the General Administration of Medical Affairs at the University in Sahari, on the date specified for each Faculty:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Filling the application form: Through the faculty Students Affairs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 16px; color: #333333;\">Payment of tuition fees: This is achieved through a receipt of payment of tuition fees from Student Affairs and payment to the Faculty treasury.
